At Athletrio, we’re committed to delivering your custom sports gear quickly and reliably — because we know you can’t wait to wear your new jersey with pride. This Shipping Policy explains how your order is processed, shipped, and tracked.
🚀 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Saturday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons or large-volume sales, processing may take an additional 1–2 days — but we always do our best to get your order out fast.
- Custom Orders: Each custom jersey is made-to-order with precision stitching and personalization. Production time is included in the processing period.
- Order Verification: Please ensure your shipping address and details are correct before completing checkout. Any changes must be requested within 12 hours after purchase (see our Order Modification Policy).
✈️ Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

📦 Shipping Fees

Standard shipping fee for U.S. orders. During active promotions, standard shipping may be free — any free-shipping promotion will be applied at checkout and shown to customers there.

Applies to orders shipped outside the United States.

Faster delivery option (price shown per order). Availability depends on product and destination.
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package within 24–48 hours after it’s shipped. Please note that tracking updates may take some time depending on the carrier’s system.

🚫 Delays & Exceptions
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or carrier issues beyond our control.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses may lead to delivery delays or returned packages. Please double-check your address before placing an order.
- Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
🔁 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately with your order number and proof (e.g., photos or carrier notice). We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue — either by sending a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
🌍 International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to selected regions. Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
