Returns & Refunds Policy

At Athletrio, your satisfaction means everything to us. We take great pride in the quality of our custom sportswear and strive to ensure every jersey meets our high standards for performance, comfort, and style.

Because most of our products are custom-made and personalized, our return and refund policy is slightly different from standard retail policies. Please read carefully before placing your order.


🎯 Order Accuracy & Quality Assurance

Every item is crafted with care and undergoes multiple quality checks before shipment. If your order arrives with any issue — whether it’s a defect, damage, or incorrect customization — we’ll make it right.

We offer free replacements or full refunds in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item, size, or customization (e.g., incorrect name or number).
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • Your order never arrived after the maximum estimated delivery time (25 business days).

To qualify, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. Our support team will verify the issue and provide a solution within 24–48 hours.


🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Because all our custom jerseys are made to order and uniquely personalized, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

  • Incorrect sizes ordered by the customer.
  • Change of mind or preference after the product has been made.
  • Orders where the entered name, number, or design details were incorrect at checkout.

We strongly recommend double-checking all custom details, including spelling, size, and design options, before completing your purchase.


💲 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  • Your refund request is approved after inspection of proof (photo evidence, tracking info, etc.).
  • The order was canceled within the allowed cancellation window (within 12 hours after purchase).
  • The product was defective or damaged upon arrival.

Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional days for the refund to appear in your account.


🔁 Replacement Policy

We’ll gladly send you a replacement item at no additional cost in these cases:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong design, size, or customization due to our mistake.
  • The package was lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier.

If your order is eligible for replacement, you will not need to return the original item unless requested by our support team.


📦 Return Instructions (if applicable)

In rare cases where a return is necessary (for non-custom items or quality review), please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@athletrio.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, full name, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. We will provide a return address and instructions if your return is approved.

All returned items must be in unused condition and in the original packaging.
