Order Modifications or Cancellation
At Athletrio, we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible — because we know you’re eager to receive your custom gear. However, we understand that mistakes can happen. This page explains how you can request a change or cancellation to your order.
🕒 Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1–2 business days for us to prepare and process it before shipment. After that, your package is shipped and usually arrives within 9–16 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
✏️ Modifying Your Order
If you need to make changes to your order — such as updating your shipping address, size, color, or personalization details — please contact us as soon as possible.
- Time limit: You can request a modification within 12 hours after placing your order.
- How to request: Email us at support@athletrio.com or call +1 (817) 304-1686.
- Important: Once production begins (especially for custom jerseys with personalized names or numbers), changes may no longer be possible.
❌ Cancelling Your Order
You may cancel your order if it has not yet entered the production or shipping stage.
- Free cancellation: Available within 12 hours after purchase.
- After 12 hours: A cancellation may not be possible if your order has already been processed or shipped.
- Custom items: Personalized jerseys cannot be canceled once production starts, as each piece is made specifically for you.

⚠️ Important Notes
- Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may experience delays.
- We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer after the order is processed.
- Refunds for canceled orders (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after approval.
