1. How do I place an order?
Simply choose your preferred jersey collection, select size, color, and add your custom name or number. Then, click “Add to Cart” and proceed to checkout.
2. Can I personalize my jersey?
Yes! Most Athletrio jerseys are fully customizable — add your name, number, or favorite player details for a one-of-a-kind design.
3. Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin production quickly to ensure fast delivery. Please contact us within 24 hours of purchase to make any changes or cancellations.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
4. How long does shipping take?
All orders go through a 1–2 day processing time before being shipped. Once shipped, delivery to U.S. addresses typically takes 9–16 business days depending on location and carrier.
5. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship primarily within the United States. Stay tuned — international shipping is coming soon!
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to follow your package.

7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and will soon support PayPal and Shop Pay.
8. What if my jersey arrives damaged or incorrect?
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our team will review and replace or refund as needed.
9. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We accept returns/exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Since each custom jersey is made to order, we can’t offer refunds for personal preference (size/color/name errors) unless caused by us.
